Job Description

Flow is seeking a Digital Advertising Specialist to manage and optimize marketing campaigns across multiple digital platforms. This role involves driving targeted traffic, generating leads, and maximizing ROI through strategic paid advertising, email and text journeys, CRM management, and data optimizations.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement paid advertising campaigns across platforms
  • Set up, monitor, and optimize paid ad campaigns
  • Identify and create detailed audience segments for precise targeting
  • Perform ongoing campaign optimizations, including A/B testing
  • Manage and allocate campaign budgets effectively
  • Track, measure, and analyze campaign performance metrics
  • Collaborate with content, design, and marketing teams
  • Keep up with the latest trends and best practices in digital advertising

Requirements

  • 2-5 years of experience managing digital advertising campaigns
  • Strong knowledge of PPC, Display Advertising, Programmatic Advertising, and Influencer Marketing
  • Experience with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and other ad management tools
  • Proficient with CRM logic, email and text marketing, UTM tagging and user journeys
  • Ability to analyze complex data and make data-driven decisions
  • Experience with conversion tracking, remarketing, and audience segmentation
  • Experience with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization techniques
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Experience in Real Estate or Hospitality industry a plus
  • Certifications in Google Ads or Facebook Blueprint are a plus
