Job Description

The Sales Development Manager will oversee and cultivate a team of Sales Development Representatives to enhance top-of-funnel pipeline growth and sales revenue. The ideal candidate will have a successful history in sales and sales management, especially in sales strategy and pipeline development. Strong collaboration abilities are essential.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the hiring, training, and management of a team to deliver on monthly and quarterly pipeline growth targets
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy aligned with company objectives to drive revenue growth
  • Collaborate closely with key cross functional partners to achieve company targets

  • Continuously refine and enhance the sales development process for improved efficiency and outcomes
  • Stay informed on industry trends and best practices to identify opportunities for innovation and expansion

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 3-5 years of experience in B2B sales and sales management
  • Top-of-funnel sales development experience within the SaaS/Technology/Intelligence environment
  • Demonstrated leadership skills to motivate and empower team members
  • Strategic mindset in developing and executing sales strategies
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities for effective collaboration
  • Analytical approach to utilize data and metrics for performance enhancement
