Job Description

Prove is experiencing rapid growth and is seeking qualified Sales Development Representatives to expand market reach by discovering new business opportunities and relationships. Candidates will take the lead, demonstrate initiative, and contribute to building the Prove brand.

Responsibilities

  • Generate qualified leads and enhance the sales pipeline
  • Prospect for outbound opportunities within Fortune 500/enterprise clients
  • Generate interest through tailored outbound cold calls, emails, and multi-touch campaigns
  • Articulate the Prove solution set to key stakeholders
  • Collaborate with Sales Directors to identify and source new opportunities
  • Anticipate and effectively overcome objections
  • Manage a high volume of target accounts efficiently
  • Conduct research to understand lines of business and tailor outreach strategies

Requirements

  • 6+ months of lead generation experience in SaaS sales
  • Experience with cold calling, prospecting, and implementing organized follow-up processes
  • Ability to manage a full pipeline in Salesforce or similar CRM platform
  • Energetic, upbeat, and tenacious team player with a positive attitude
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Fearless attitude, willing to take intelligent risks
  • Strong organizational skills, with a focus on attention to detail
  • Proficiency with standard corporate productivity tools and excellent phone skills
