As a Floor Leader, you'll play a vital role in supporting the Store Management Team across all areas of the business, including driving sales, opening/closing the store, analyzing sales results, and leading training sessions.
Responsibilities
Drive sales and provide coaching to the sales team
Lead customer experience and product demonstrations
Educate customers on brand values
Increase product knowledge and make recommendations
Train and coach Sales Ambassadors
Encourage open communication and promote teamwork
Manage cash handling and store opening/closing
Monitor employee breaks and review daily communications
Maintain a clean and organized store
Train team on inventory best practices
Support management with store compliance
Requirements
1+ year of experience in customer service, sales, cash handling, and supervisory roles
Knowledge and passion for skincare, natural beauty, and ethical business
Flexible schedule
Experience with consultation-based customer service models
Experience analyzing sales metrics
Experience working in skincare or cosmetics
Experience in cross cultural collaboration and DEIB or social justice training
