As a Floor Leader, you'll play a vital role in supporting the Store Management Team across all areas of the business, driving sales, leading training sessions, and ensuring operational excellence.
Responsibilities
Drive sales and provide coaching to the sales team
Deliver world-class customer experience
Educate customers on brand values
Increase product knowledge
Train and coach Sales Ambassadors
Encourage open communication and actively listen to team members perspectives related to diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging (DEIB)
Manage cash handling and store opening/closing
Monitor employee breaks
Maintain a clean and organized store
Train team on inventory best practices
Ensure staff are practicing company standards
Requirements
1+ year of experience in customer service and sales
Experience in cash handling and opening/closing procedures
Supervisory experience involving coaching, feedback, and training
Experience in problem-solving issues related to customer service
Experience in a fast-paced team environment
Knowledge and passion for skincare, natural beauty, and ethical business
