Job Description

The Floor Leader supports the Store Management Team in all areas of the business, driving sales, opening/closing the store, analyzing sales results, and leading training sessions to ensure exceptional customer experience and operational excellence.

Responsibilities

  • Drive sales and provide coaching to the sales team
  • Lead by example in delivering customer experience
  • Educate customers on Lush brand values
  • Increase product knowledge and make recommendations
  • Train and coach Sales Ambassadors
  • Encourage open communication related to DEIB
  • Manage cash handling and store opening/closing
  • Monitor employee breaks and review daily communications
  • Maintain a clean and organized store
  • Train team on inventory best practices
  • Ensure staff compliance with company standards

Requirements

  • 1+ year of customer service and sales experience
  • Experience in cash handling and opening/closing procedures
  • Supervisory experience involving coaching, feedback, and training
  • Experience in problem-solving customer service issues
  • Experience in a fast-paced team environment
  • Knowledge and passion for skincare, natural beauty, and ethical business
  • Flexible schedule
  • Experience with consultation-based customer service models (preferred)
  • Experience analyzing sales metrics (preferred)
  • Experience working in skincare or cosmetics (preferred)
  • Experience in cross cultural collaboration and DEIB or social justice training (preferred)
  • Fluency in Spanish, French or other languages (preferred)
