Job Description

Motive seeks a highly motivated and experienced Manager, Financial Systems to administer, optimize, and develop their Pigment platform for financial forecasting and planning. This role involves managing Pigment, integrating with other financial systems, and ensuring data integrity and reporting accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Pigment subject matter expert and administrator
• Oversee maintenance, configuration, and enhancement of Pigment models, dashboards, and reports
• Manage user access and data governance within Pigment
• Monitor Pigment performance and identify optimization opportunities
• Lead the design and implementation of new forecasting models and reporting capabilities
• Translate financial requirements into technical specifications
• Manage Pigment integration with other financial systems
• Identify opportunities to streamline financial planning and analysis
• Define strategic roadmap for Pigment with FP&A leadership
• Provide expert-level support to end-users
• Ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial data
• Develop and maintain reporting frameworks in Pigment
• Support ad-hoc reporting and analysis requests

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in financial systems administration or FP&A
• 2-3 years of hands-on experience with Pigment or similar FP&A tools
• Strong understanding of FP&A concepts
• Proficiency in financial modeling, data analysis, and reporting
• Experience with other financial systems and data integration
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Knowledge of SaaS company metrics is a plus
• Prior experience working in a pre-IPO or public company environment is a strong plus
