Job Description

The Operations team manages the worldwide distribution network, authenticates sneakers, fulfills orders, and ensures on-time delivery. The Intake Specialist supports the Intake team with product drops, ensures correct account assignment, records and troubleshoots issues, communicates discrepancies, assists with inventory, documents drop-offs, and assists in training.

Responsibilities

• Support product drops between Business Development and Operations
• Ensure correct account assignment for mail-in and dropped-off consignment
• Record and troubleshoot issues with submissions
• Communicate discrepancies
• Assist inventory account for all intake
• Record and document upcoming drop offs
• Receive and pack out product
• Assist in training of product intake

Requirements

• Open availability to work up to full-time hours
• Ability to work well with a large team
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
• A quick learner and self-starter
• Willingness to handle increasing responsibility
• Knowledge of and love for sneakers is a plus
• Must be available to work extended hours as needed
• Must be able to lift and move boxes up to 35 pounds
