Job Description

Intercom is seeking a Recruiter to support strategic hiring for the organization and contribute to the team’s growth. The Recruiter will drive full cycle recruitment for positions across GTM teams, partner with leadership, and be a strategic talent partner and advisor. They will leverage their recruiting expertise and knowledge of Intercom’s business to design strategy and differentiate Intercom in the market.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with leaders and Hiring Managers to understand their needs
  • Influence and advise stakeholders on their recruiting approach, strategy, and processes
  • Create diverse and robust pipelines and attract and convert talent through creative sourcing tactics
  • Attract and convert passive talent through effective and authentic storytelling of company strategy and business goals
  • Leverage data to diagnose challenges in a search, proactively create and execute solutions and influence and advice stakeholders
  • Provide an excellent candidate experience and serve as a trusted partner

Requirements

  • 4+ years of full cycle GTM/Sales recruiting experience in a high growth tech environment
  • Expertise and talent market intelligence across business teams
  • Creative recruiting approach and capable of attracting and converting talent
  • Proven track record of partnering with GTM leaders to meet and exceed hiring goals
  • Data and metrics driven, ability to use data to inform decisions
  • Strong analytical, conceptual, and problem-solving abilities
  • Passion for building and managing diverse pipelines
  • Aligned with Intercom’s values
