Lucid Software seeks an Associate Marketing Operations Manager to support go-to-market strategy by scaling and optimizing marketing campaigns and supporting the technology ecosystem to accelerate revenue.
Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end execution of campaign operations across channels
Act as primary contact for campaign requests and execution support
Ensure timely and high-quality campaign delivery
Optimize campaign performance through testing and refinement
Build and maintain program templates and processes
Develop and maintain dashboards and reporting for KPIs
Establish and maintain data governance practices
Assess campaign processes for streamlining
Audit current systems for best practices
Support management and optimization of the marketing technology stack
Maintain Marketo <> Salesforce integration
Collaborate with Business Systems and Revenue Operations teams
Maintain and enhance automation within systems
Maintain documentation of system architecture and processes
Provide training and support for platform users
Collaborate on system policies for compliance
Support the evaluation of new technology
Requirements
2+ years in Marketing Operations or related field
Experience with marketing automation platforms (Marketo) and CRMs (Salesforce)
