Job Description

Ro, a direct-to-patient healthcare company, seeks a Senior Manager of Customer Insights to lead and expand patient feedback programs. Responsibilities

Requirements

  • 7–9+ years of experience in Insights, Research, Analytics, or CX
  • Proven success partnering with operations, service, or care delivery teams
  • Experience managing high-volume, high-impact survey and feedback systems
  • Strong analytical and communication skills
  • Familiarity with tools like Qualtrics, Zendesk, Looker, or similar platforms
  • Excitement about building and a drive to continuously improve patient experience
