Job Description

The Senior Manager of Customer Insights will lead Ro's Voice of the Patient program, expanding feedback collection, partnering with Operations and Care Delivery, synthesizing insights, and collaborating cross-functionally to improve patient experiences.

Responsibilities

Requirements

  • 7–9+ years of experience in Insights, Research, Analytics, or CX
  • Proven success partnering with operations or care delivery teams
  • Experience managing high-volume survey and feedback systems
  • Strong analytical and communication skills
  • Familiarity with tools like Qualtrics, Zendesk, Looker
  • Excitement about building systems, capabilities, or culture
