Job Description

Ro is seeking a Per Diem Pharmacist to ensure accurate and timely medication orders for members, collaborating with various teams to provide a seamless pharmacy experience.

Responsibilities

• Process and review medication orders
• Partner with doctors for clinical intervention
• Reduce medication errors and prioritize patient safety
• Respond to clinical questions from members
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team
• Improve procedures and workflow
• Deliver the best patient experience

Requirements

• Valid Florida Pharmacist License
• Compliance with laws and regulations
• Availability to work at least 8 hours per week (M-F)
• 1 year of recent pharmacist experience
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Empathy and patience
• Ability to think quickly and work autonomously
• Strong organization skills
