Responsibilities

• Partner with senior leadership to identify and execute growth opportunities
• Design and implement front-end and back-end solutions to optimize user acquisition and conversion funnels
• Build and iterate on creative experiments to drive new client traffic and engagement
• Analyze user behavior and conversion metrics
• Take ownership of growth initiatives
• Collaborate cross-functionally

Requirements

• 5+ years of full stack development experience
• Strong proficiency in data analytics tools
• 3+ years experience with A/B testing and web analytics tools
• Demonstrated ownership mindset
• Ability to work collaboratively with executive stakeholders
• Exceptional communication skills
• Compliance first attitude
