Job Description

The Solar Programs Associate will assist with driving customer participation in programs that incentivize the adoption of distributed and community solar. This role involves working with consumers, investigating program violations, and contributing to the clean energy transition.

Responsibilities

• Maintain knowledge of Program requirements and procedures
• Evaluate customer complaints
• Work with consumers to resolve complaints
• Investigate Program violations
• Make recommendations for disciplinary action
• Draft disciplinary-related letters
• Answer client questions and resolve issues
• Assist with stranded customer assistance process
• Update public-facing reports
• Follow Standard Operating Procedures
• Participate in video conference calls
• Manage or contribute to ad hoc projects

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree OR 2+ years of professional experience
• Competency with technical topics
• Strong writing and verbal communication skills
• Ability to function as a team player
• Experience using Microsoft Office
• Cover letter explaining interest in the company and role
• Knowledge of Salesforce or CRM (desired)
• Customer support experience (desired)
• Proficiency in Spanish (desired)
