Ladder is seeking a VP of Engineering to lead and mentor engineering teams, set technical vision, and drive the development of customer-facing features for their life insurance platform. The role involves strategic leadership, hands-on mentorship, and collaboration with product, design, and data science teams to enhance user experience and product quality.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
• 10+ years of software development experience
• 5+ years of leadership experience
• Strong technical background in full-stack development, cloud infrastructure, and modern software architecture
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
