The Sales Floor Leader supports the Store Manager in creating an excellent customer experience while driving sales and delivering on business goals. They lead daily operations, analyze sales trends, enforce company policies, and ensure compliance.
Responsibilities
Create a welcoming environment for customers
Provide leadership on the sales floor
Manage day-to-day store operations
Achieve sales targets and maximize profitability
Partner with store support teams
Support store manager in managing expenses and budgets
Utilize company tools to improve store performance
Monitor inventory levels and participate in inventory management
Support the store manager in training staff
Ensure correct pricing, signage, and displays
Receive and stock vendor deliveries
Control inventory stock levels and reorder as needed
Enforce company policies and procedures
Maintain a clean and organized store environment
Requirements
3+ years of management experience
Retail or Hospitality management experience (preferred)
