Job Description

OKX is seeking a detail-oriented Compliance Analyst to support the Product Advisory Compliance team. This role involves building workflows, managing documentation, supporting compliance reviews, and ensuring efficient tracking of escalations and committee discussions. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment and is eager to learn about crypto products and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Implement product compliance review workflows and track SLAs
• Support the management and optimization of Compliance Risk Assessments
• Develop and maintain compliance documentation
• Prepare materials for reporting to compliance governance forums
• Monitor implementation of controls and follow-ups on open issues
• Work with Product and Central Compliance teams to design and build KRIs
• Act as a liaison between Product Compliance Managers and teams

Requirements

• Experience in operations, risk management, legal operations, or project management
• Strong organizational skills with experience managing complex workflows
• Familiarity with compliance or risk frameworks
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams
• Excellent attention to detail in documentation and communication
• Self-motivated and proactive with a strong sense of ownership
• Bachelor's degree in STEM, business, law or related field
