Job Description

The Senior Manager, FP&A - Corporate will be a key leader within the Finance organization, responsible for driving the company's financial planning, forecasting, analysis, and reporting processes. This role will partner closely with senior financial leadership and various business units to provide actionable financial insights, support strategic decision-making, and ensure the achievement of financial objectives.

Responsibilities

• Manage annual operating plan and forecasting processes
• Develop and maintain financial models
• Prepare financial reports and presentations
• Conduct variance analysis
• Partner with cross-functional teams
• Drive continuous improvement in FP&A processes
• Manage and develop a team of FP&A analysts
• Evaluate financial impact of strategic initiatives
• Ensure compliance with financial policies
• Lead special projects and ad-hoc financial analyses

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
• 8+ years of FP&A experience, with 3+ years in a leadership role
• Expertise in financial modeling, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
• Strong understanding of GAAP and financial statements
• Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Experience in a pre-IPO or public company environment
• Experience in a SaaS software company
• Experience in using FP&A software tools
