Job Description

Seeking a results-driven Program Manager to lead enterprise-level initiatives, with strong stakeholder engagement, expertise in Agile methodologies, ServiceNow program governance, and revenue management processes. Prior experience in the healthcare industry is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary point of contact for CXO-level stakeholders
• Lead end-to-end delivery of complex programs
• Drive governance and portfolio oversight using ServiceNow
• Function as a senior Scrum Master
• Oversee financial and operational aspects of programs
• Collaborate across teams to manage dependencies
• Develop executive-level dashboards and status updates
• Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies

Requirements

• 10+ years of program and project management experience
• Experience interfacing with C-level executives
• Expertise in ServiceNow for program governance
• Certified Scrum Master or equivalent Agile certification
• Strong background in revenue cycle management
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• Bachelor's degree in related field (Master’s preferred)
• Healthcare domain experience is a strong plus
