Job Description

Palantir is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join the Network Infrastructure team. The team focuses on creating a robust and secure Kubernetes networking tech stack. The role involves working on challenging technical problems related to scale, usability, and security, enabling dynamic control over ephemeral infrastructure using CNCF tools.

Responsibilities

• Drive Palantir’s infrastructure strategy
• Build APIs for interaction with network infrastructure
• Understand and leverage K8s networking primitives
• Champion a long-term roadmap for operational improvements

Requirements

• 3+ years of professional software development experience
• 1+ years of experience in system design or architecture
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent
• Clear communication skills
• Ability to engage stakeholders
• Passion for designing APIs
• Deep familiarity with K8s
• Working knowledge of networking fundamentals
• Experience with CNIs or cloud networking infrastructure preferred
• Experience designing and operating high-scale observability or infrastructure systems
• Strong coding skills in Go, Java, or equivalent
