Job Description

Reserv, an insurtech company, is seeking a detail-oriented Personal Injury Protection Resolution Specialist to investigate and evaluate PIP/MP claims. The role involves handling claims, providing customer service, and collaborating with product and engineering teams for process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Investigate PIP/MP claims to determine coverage and injury extent
• Gather documentation and interview parties
• Assess claim validity based on evidence and medical records
• Manage claim inventory and establish reserves
• Ensure compliance with regulations and policy provisions
• Communicate with relevant parties
• Prepare claim reports
• Provide input for process improvements
• Oversee investigative service providers

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree (preferred)
• Minimum 3 years of PIP experience
• Experience with NY/NJ/MI/FL/KY states preferred
• Active adjuster license(s) or willingness to obtain within 45 days
• Knowledge of state regulations and policy provisions
• Ability to analyze data and make decisions
• Problem-solving skills
• Willingness to travel
