Grow Therapy seeks an Employee Relations Senior Manager to build and lead the ER function, developing strategies, policies, and training programs. The role involves resolving complex issues, conducting investigations, and ensuring compliance, with a focus on data-driven practices and values-based leadership.

Responsibilities

• Build and lead the Employee Relations function
• Define ER reporting and analytics strategy
• Act as a subject matter expert on employment law
• Lead and resolve complex issues
• Conduct investigations
• Partner with People Business Partners and Legal
• Ensure proper documentation and compliance
• Review, create, and update People policies
• Stay current on legal developments
• Design and deliver ER-related training programs

Requirements

• 7+ years of progressive employee relations experience
• Experience with various workforces and multi-state operations
• Strong understanding of employment laws
• Ability to think creatively and progressively about ER
• Framework thinker and data-driven
• Ability to work in a hybrid model
