Job Description

Grow Therapy seeks an Employee Relations Senior Manager to build and lead the ER function, developing strategies, policies, and training programs. Responsibilities

  • Build and lead the Employee Relations function
  • Define ER reporting and analytics strategy
  • Act as a subject matter expert on employment law
  • Lead and resolve complex issues
  • Conduct investigations
  • Partner with People Business Partners and Legal
  • Ensure proper documentation and compliance
  • Review, create, and update People policies
  • Stay current on legal developments
  • Design and deliver ER-related training programs

Requirements

  • 7+ years of progressive employee relations experience
  • Experience with various workforces and multi-state operations
  • Strong understanding of employment laws
  • Ability to think creatively and progressively about ER
  • Framework thinker and data-driven
  • Ability to work in a hybrid model
