Job Description

Seeking an experienced Lead Product Engineer to develop next-generation high-speed, high-performance, and low-power semiconductor products. The ideal candidate should have experience in high-speed product development, circuit analysis, and test program application.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop high-speed semiconductor products
• Apply fundamentals in circuit, ATE, and test program for problem-solving
• Update ATE test programs for wafer sort and final test solutions
• Monitor device ATE test yields, test time, and device quality
• Roll out new ATE test programs
• Analyze data using tools like JMP or Spotfire
• Ensure device performance meets production requirements

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in post-silicon product development
• Experience with PCIe Gen3 and above
• Experience with full product development life cycle
• Strong academic/technical background in electrical or computer engineering
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Digital and analog circuit level understanding
• Excellent team player with great communication skills
• Hands-on experience with Advantest 93k ATE platform
• Hands-on knowledge of NRZ/PAM4 SerDes protocols
• Strong data analysis skills
