Manage end-to-end product development operations from conceptualization to product launch of all Audeze products.

Responsibilities

• Manage product development operations
• Design critical components and sub-assemblies of headphones
• Evaluate manufacturing automation processes
• Lead and supervise planar magnetic diaphragm manufacturing operations
• Optimize planar magnetic diaphragm manufacturing process
• Research on new ultra-thin materials
• Utilize molecular dynamics and multiscale simulation
• Perform root cause analysis of non-conforming components
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives
• Utilize CAD, 3D printing and laser processes

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
• 3 years of experience
• Expertise in advanced mechanical, electromagnetic and acoustic simulation programs
• Knowledge of acoustics, electrical equipment, electronics, electro-magnetic fields and magnetic structure
