Job Description

Level AI is seeking a data-minded, entrepreneurial product leader to shape the future of their AI portfolio. The Principal Product Manager will be responsible for taking core AI products to the next level and launching new AI-first products, requiring initiative, strategic thinking, and a strong bias for action.

Responsibilities

• Own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for core AI experiences
• Champion customer obsession through feedback, data, and research
• Bring a strong data-driven mindset and focus on measurable impact
• Drive product execution end-to-end
• Collaborate with engineering, ML, and data science teams
• Partner cross-functionally with PMs, Design, Marketing, and Go-to-Market teams
• Work with Product Marketing to ensure successful product launches
• Stay on top of emerging technologies to inform product strategy

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field
• At least 7 years of product management experience, with 3+ years in building AI products
• Deep familiarity with Generative AI and Large Language Models
• Proven track record of ownership and execution in fast-paced environments
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Strong analytical and structured thinking skills
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams
• Experience working with teams in other time zones
