GoodLeap seeks a Staff Engineer with deep software industry expertise, focusing on application development using Gen AI and Machine Learning. This role involves driving the architectural vision for the AI enterprise platform, mentoring engineers, and solving complex problems to support rapid growth.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and development of large-scale AI enterprise agentic platform
• Architect scalable, resilient, and secure systems
• Provide technical leadership across teams
• Collaborate with product and engineering leaders
• Drive cross-functional projects
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations
• Mentor engineers
• Evaluate and implement new technologies
• Contribute to key architectural decisions

Requirements

• 8+ years of software engineering experience with AI/ML expertise
• Experience in designing and deploying real-time LLM systems
• Experience in evaluating and iterating on LLM solutions
• Experience in ML packages and tools like Tensorflow/PyTorch
• Expertise in Node, TypeScript, and Python
• Strong expertise in designing systems for high availability and scalability
• Experience in cloud infrastructure (AWS)
• Expertise in distributed systems architecture and RESTful APIs
• Ability to influence technical direction and work cross-functionally
• Strong leadership skills
