The Channel Sales Director will expand and manage the network of channel partners, develop and execute a strategic plan to build and maintain strong relationships with partners, drive sales through the channel, and achieve revenue targets.
Responsibilities
Develop and implement channel strategy
Recruit and onboard new channel partners
Build and maintain partner relationships
Provide partners with sales tools and training
Monitor partner performance and implement improvement plans
Develop and execute joint marketing campaigns
Provide sales forecasts and performance reports
Stay up-to-date with product offerings

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in a related field
7-10 years of experience in channel sales or partner management
Experience in the data security or technology industry
Success in developing and managing a high-performing channel partner network
Exceptional interpersonal and relationship-building skills
Strong strategic and analytical skills

Strong leadership and team management skills
