Job Description

The Channel Sales Director will expand and manage the network of channel partners, develop and execute a strategic plan to build and maintain strong relationships with partners, drive sales through the channel, and achieve revenue targets.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement channel strategy
  • Recruit and onboard new channel partners
  • Build and maintain partner relationships
  • Provide partners with sales tools and training
  • Monitor partner performance and implement improvement plans
  • Develop and execute joint marketing campaigns
  • Provide sales forecasts and performance reports
  • Stay up-to-date with product offerings
  • Collaborate with internal teams

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field
  • 7-10 years of experience in channel sales or partner management
  • Experience in the data security or technology industry
  • Success in developing and managing a high-performing channel partner network
  • Exceptional interpersonal and relationship-building skills
  • Strong strategic and analytical skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Ability to understand and communicate technical concepts
  • Willingness to travel
