Job Description

The Director of Customer Education & Training will build and operationalize a global learning strategy to redefine customer engagement with Recorded Future, shaping certification programs, self-service journeys, and peer-led learning experiences.

Responsibilities

  • Build and execute customer learning journeys
  • Develop and operationalize a certification strategy
  • Increase engagement in Recorded Future University
  • Ensure balanced training credit consumption
  • Align education programs with go-to-market strategy
  • Shape peer-to-peer learning experiences
  • Define key metrics to track education impact
  • Lead and evolve a global team
  • Own the localization and tech strategy
  • Evaluate and define the optimal monetization model

Requirements

  • Experience designing and scaling customer education programs
  • Track record of leading global teams
  • Experience building or managing certification programs
  • Ability to define and track education metrics
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills
  • Experience within a SaaS environment
  • Familiarity with learning technologies
  • Strategic mindset
