Job Description

The Data Analytics Team plays a pivotal role with decision making across the company. The team collaborates with Data scientists, leaders from Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Product organizations. The team provides continuous learning opportunities, while being aligned with the company’s goals.

Responsibilities

• Understand business revenue and margin changes
• Detect trends and identify opportunities
• Conceptualize and maintain KPIs and reports
• Develop standardized dashboards and ad hoc reports
• Transform data into actionable insights
• Communicate data findings to stakeholders

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field
• 4-8 years of experience as a Data Analyst
• Strong Statistical analysis, Python, SQL, and Excel skills
• Comfortable working with large data sets
• Experience developing and maintaining reports using data visualization tools
• Skilled at using Tableau
• Proficient in statistical methods
• Experience with tracking and analytics tools
• Ability to manage multiple projects
• Familiarity with project management tools and version control systems
