Job Description

AlphaSense is seeking an Implementation Consultant to oversee the implementation of large client rollouts for their Enterprise Intelligence offering. This post-sales role bridges pre-sale technical implementation and post-implementation account rollout, ensuring successful product implementation and client adoption. The role involves project management, cross-functional collaboration, and creating implementation playbooks.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute project plans
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams
• Conduct regular meetings and communications
• Create and modify training programs
• Collaborate on documentation
• Identify and mitigate risks
• Monitor KPIs
• Develop and maintain playbooks
• Partner with Account Managers and Adoption Specialists

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in implementation, project management, or customer success
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
• Ability to work collaboratively
• Experience creating scalable programs
• Excellent organizational skills
• Experience with Intercom, Salesforce, JIRA, Tableau, or Catalyst
