Job Description

The Deal Desk Manager will support sales, legal, and finance teams in managing non-standard and high-value commercial deals. This role will drive deal efficiency, pricing governance, and risk mitigation through the review and negotiation of complex contracts.

Responsibilities

  • Support complex deal structures and pricing strategies
  • Ensure deals align with internal policies and business objectives
  • Provide feedback on systems improvements
  • Serve as a liaison between Sales, Legal, Finance, and Product
  • Communicate status and key risks of complex deals
  • Enforce pricing policies, discount approval thresholds, and contract standards
  • Ensure compliance with internal controls and external regulatory requirements
  • Develop and maintain deal desk processes and playbooks
  • Maintain team SLAs for turnaround changes
  • Identify inefficiencies and implement best practices

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in deal desk or contract management in a SaaS or technology environment
  • Strong understanding of B2B commercial contracts and deal structures
  • Experience working with CRM (Salesforce), CPQ tools, and contract management systems
  • Excellent negotiation, analytical, and communication skills
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities
