Job Description

Panorama is looking for a Vice President of Marketing who is both a strategic thinker and a hands-on leader—someone who can set the vision while also rolling up their sleeves to execute, optimize, and drive impact. As VP of Marketing, you will be responsible for building and executing a scalable marketing strategy that drives demand, expands brand awareness, and accelerates revenue growth in the K-12 EdTech market.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a high-impact marketing strategy
  • Lead cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Product, Customer Success, and Revenue Enablement
  • Oversee marketing budgets and prioritize investments
  • Build and mentor a high-performing marketing team
  • Own the product marketing strategy
  • Develop buyer personas, competitive intelligence, and sales enablement materials
  • Partner with Sales and Customer Experience to improve win rates
  • Conduct market research and analyze customer insights
  • Design and execute full-funnel demand generation programs
  • Optimize lead nurturing, scoring, and attribution models
  • Leverage SEO, SEM, paid media, email, and content marketing
  • Own and refine Panorama’s brand positioning and storytelling
  • Drive thought leadership through compelling content
  • Establish KPIs and performance metrics
  • Utilize marketing automation and CRM to optimize performance

Requirements

  • 10+ years of marketing leadership experience in fast-growing SaaS, EdTech, or B2B environments
  • Experience balancing high-level strategy with hands-on execution
  • Experience leading marketing at a high-growth tech company
  • Deep expertise in product marketing, demand generation, and digital strategy
  • Highly analytical and data-driven
  • Strong leadership and team-building skills
  • Experience in K-12, EdTech, or B2B SaaS marketing is strongly preferred
