EarnIn is seeking a Strategic Partnerships Director to drive the strategy and execution of key partnerships in product, payments and broader go to market initiatives. This is not a sales role.
Responsibilities
Define the vision for EarnIn’s partnerships strategy
Source, develop, negotiate and execute partnership strategies
Establish yourself as a trusted business partner
Foster strong relationships with key external partners
Stay abreast of key industry and competitive trends
Requirements
9+ years of experience in tech product partnerships
Experience in fintech or payments is a plus
Proven ability to build senior relationships
Strong attention to detail with a proven track record of success
Expert negotiation skills with a strong understanding of commercial contracts
A scrappy and humble mindset to work autonomously
Strong desire to tackle complicated and impactful business problems
