The Strategy Manager will drive the next stage of growth by partnering with cross-functional leaders to shape the company’s direction, solve complex problems, and bring structure to business-critical initiatives. The role involves leading high-impact projects, contributing to planning, and translating strategic thinking into execution.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic initiatives across the company
• Support annual and long-range planning
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis
• Build business cases for new opportunities
• Create board- and exec-ready materials
• Collaborate cross-functionally with various teams

Requirements

• 6+ years experience in management consulting, strategy, or corporate development
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• High proficiency in Excel/Sheets and PowerPoint/Slides
• Bias toward action
• Intellectual curiosity
• Startup experience and enthusiasm for FinTech preferred
• BS/BA required
