Job Description

As a Senior Product Manager for Cash Out, you'll help bring our mission to life—reinventing the financial system and helping our community members get to a better financial place. You will be responsible for scaling our Cash Out product and building the next set of product innovations and features to drive the growth of our core business.

Responsibilities

• Deliver innovative product experiences to drive user growth
• Create feedback loops with community members
• Communicate product vision, roadmap, and results
• Define OKRs and set goals
• Raise the bar for design quality
• Lead a cross-functional team
• Establish, monitor, and analyze metrics
• Leverage user research and data
• Design, develop, and execute features

Requirements

• 4+ years of product management experience
• Strong product/design sense
• Strong analytical skills
• Ability to engage in technical discussions
• Deep user empathy
• Ability to create a rapid experimentation culture
• Ability to influence and build alignment
• Ability to think outside the box
