Babylist is seeking a Fullstack Software Engineer to join their Babylist Health team, focusing on scaling technical systems and creating a user-friendly storefront for health offerings, with opportunities to expand services. The role involves leading projects, making system decisions, and collaborating with the product team.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Product team to create new features in health
• Independently execute on projects
• Review PRs and provide insightful reviews
• Improve systems
• Build systems to scale Babylist Health
• Become a subject matter expert within health services

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience
• Experience in Ruby on Rails and React
• Growth mindset and excellent communication skills
• Experience in e-commerce, healthcare payments, or consumer applications is a plus
• Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
• Strong execution and systems thinking
