As an Account Manager at Nexxen, you will manage client relationships post-sale, delivering superior client service through campaign management, relationship development, account retention, and upsell activities.
Responsibilities
Cultivate client relationships for satisfaction, retention, and growth
Diagnose client needs and implement revenue-driving strategies
Liaise between client and internal departments for campaign updates and troubleshooting
Manage campaign launch from start to finish
Utilize Salesforce and update internal systems
Understand Nexxen's product offerings and best practices
Onboard new clients with platform demos and training
Develop tailored campaign recommendations and upsell opportunities
Support regional growth goals and be the primary client contact
Work under the supervision of the Manager of Client Services
Collaborate with other Account Managers
Embody company values and contribute to team culture
Requirements
1+ years in digital media or account management
Self-motivated to learn about products, technology, customers, and competitors
Process-oriented with attention to detail
Strong organizational, analytical, and project management skills
Outstanding computer skills including knowledge of brand verification partners, Salesforce, brand safety partners and ad servers
Ability to contribute to a team and prioritize requests
Proven verbal and written communication skills
PowerPoint and Excel skills, including pivot tables and data manipulation
