Job Description

The Manager, PMP Campaign Management oversees a team of PMP Campaign Managers, ensuring the success of client programmatic campaigns, executing strategy, and building cross-functional relationships. Responsibilities include team leadership, process improvement, and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a team of Campaign Managers
  • Share industry trends and best practices to drive operational efficiencies
  • Identify areas for improvement and create/redefine internal tools and processes
  • Establish communication channels and business processes
  • Manage onboarding, including interviews and training
  • Recommend solutions based on product knowledge and customer objectives
  • Act as a point of escalation and identify trends
  • Resolve operational issues and foster a collaborative team environment
  • Attend meetings with key internal stakeholders

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 6+ years of programmatic campaign experience in DSP or SSP
  • 1+ years of managing direct reports
  • Expert knowledge of programmatic campaign components
  • Proven success in building effective processes
  • Excellent business writing, communication, and organizational skills
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Advanced knowledge in Excel and PPT
  • Self-starter capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment
  • Team player with ability to delegate projects
  • Strong decision-making skills
