Sourcegraph seeks a strategic, data-driven Demand Generation Director to lead global acquisition across channels like SEM, social, and direct marketing. This role involves building high-performing campaigns, collaborating with sales and marketing teams, and managing a team to achieve pipeline growth and brand awareness.

Responsibilities

• Own performance against key metrics
• Partner with Product Marketing to launch new products
• Collaborate with Sales on outbound and account-based strategy
• Own demand forecasting and campaign reporting
• Manage the demand generation team and programs

Requirements

• High agency marketing expert with deep expertise in data-driven demand generation
• 5+ years of experience in Demand Gen
• Experience with product-led growth strategies and account-based marketing
• Deep experience with digital acquisition channels and ROI-driven marketing optimization
• Managed a full marketing tech stack and comfortable with marketing automation, personalization tools, and CRM
• Great storyteller with proven experience using creative content
• Collaborative and naturally work cross-functionally
