Job Description

CookUnity is seeking a senior-level recruiter to join their team and lead searches across various high-impact roles, including leadership and executive-level positions, primarily in the U.S and Canada. The role involves partnering with hiring managers, driving strategy, and ensuring outstanding candidate and hiring manager experiences.

Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end recruiting process for high-impact roles
  • Act as a trusted talent advisor to hiring managers
  • Build strong pipelines through proactive sourcing and outreach
  • Champion candidate experience and ensure a best-in-class interview process
  • Lead interviewer calibration, debriefs, and structured decision-making
  • Drive employer branding efforts
  • Lead offer management and negotiation
  • Bring a data-driven mindset to track progress and optimize hiring performance

Requirements

  • 7+ years of in-house, full-cycle recruiting experience
  • Proven success recruiting across multiple functions
  • Experience managing U.S.-based hiring processes
  • Comfortable working directly with senior stakeholders
  • Skilled in sourcing, pipeline management, and ATS tools
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Resourceful, organized, proactive, and a strong problem solver
