The Desktop Systems Engineering team provides front-line support for all users, working with various technologies and driving innovation. The role involves testing, configuring, and deploying technology in a challenging environment, with a focus on problem-solving and knowledge sharing.

Responsibilities

• Providing end-user support
• Building, configuring, and upgrading workstations and mobile devices
• Troubleshooting, maintenance, and upgrades of desktop managed servers
• User provisioning
• Providing support for conference room technologies
• Automation of system administration tasks
• Evaluating and recommending new technologies

Requirements

• 2+ years of MEMCM/SCCM administration experience
• Knowledge of application packaging and management
• Experience supporting and configuring Windows 10
• Knowledge of Group Policy management
• Powershell experience
• Passionate about technology
• Self-starter with the ability to manage projects independently
