Job Description

DRW is seeking a dynamic Margin Analyst to align multiple functional areas within a complex financial organization and drive forward strategic initiatives with a focus on margin management including the replication, tooling & reporting associated with margin.

Responsibilities

• Provide centralized oversight and coordination of margin replication
• Partner with stakeholders to align DRW systems
• Drive strategic goals through improved margin calibration
• Enhance treasury offerings to the Front Office and Treasury around margin management
• Implement Asset Liability Management optimization for various asset classes
• Develop what-if tools to illustrate trading scenarios
• Enrich reporting capabilities to identify margin saving opportunities
• Collaborate with the cash and collateral team to enhance the collateral management framework
• Improve management reporting, including liquidity and working capital updates
• Incorporate margin modeling into stress testing efforts
• Negotiate contracts as needed
• Provide complementary coverage for a diverse set of business lines
• Offer support to the cash and collateral team

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in capital markets
• Foundational understanding of different asset classes and their associated financing markets/structures
• Proficiency in engaging with a diverse set of stakeholders
• Effective project management skills
• Comfort with Microsoft Suite applications, particularly Excel
• Knowledge of Python, SQL, or VBA is preferred
• Exemplary communication skills
• SIE and Series 99 preferred
