• Develop an employee listening strategy
• Apply a data-driven approach
• Design a performance management system
• Lead talent mapping and review process
• Identify improvements for HR systems
• Develop change management tools
• Foster a high-performance culture
• Utilize talent metrics and trends

Requirements
