The HRBP role at DRW is a strategic position within the Talent Management team, collaborating with business leaders to achieve firm and team goals related to human capital. The HRBP acts as a consultant on HR initiatives and provides strategic HR leadership to enhance the employee experience.

Responsibilities

• Support talent strategies and development programs
• Monitor and support employee relations issues
• Coach managers on performance review programs
• Assist with career planning and succession plans
• Assist with change management
• Partner with HR teams to develop tools and initiatives
• Recommend leadership development and training
• Assist with employee lifecycle management
• Partner with immigration team
• Partner with compensation team

• Field employee questions
