Cumberland, the cryptoasset arm of DRW, seeks a Senior Regulatory Counsel to provide legal and regulatory advice, strategic direction on initiatives, and collaborate on projects. The role involves working with the executive team and functional groups in the crypto space.

Requirements

• J.D. from an accredited law school and state bar admission
• 6+ years of legal experience with a focus on financial laws
• Experience analyzing cryptoasset legal and regulatory issues
• Understanding of U.S. cryptoasset regulatory regimes
• Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to communicate effectively
