Job Description

As an Enterprise Account Executive at Grafana, you will be responsible for driving sales of our solutions within the Federal Civilian segment. You will manage complex sales-cycles, close net new logos, and expand existing accounts. You will also be expected to exceed targets and ensure customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Manage complex sales-cycles and present to C-level executives
  • Close net new logos and expand existing accounts
  • Identify and close quick wins while managing longer sales cycles
  • Exceed activity, pipeline, and revenue targets
  • Track customer details and forecasting in Salesforce
  • Use a solution-based approach to selling
  • Promote the value of Grafana Cloud and Grafana Enterprise
  • Ensure 100% customer satisfaction
  • Prioritize opportunities and apply appropriate resources
  • Build a plan for success internally and externally

Requirements

  • Experience as an Account Executive
  • Ability to sell innovation and drive deals forward
  • Passion for communicating product value to clients
  • Familiarity selling open source technology is a plus
  • Experience using Command of the Message and MEDD(P)ICC
