Job Description

Webflow seeks a Solutions Architect, GTM Technology to drive the architecture of the Demand to Order process, including lead and opportunity management, pricing, quoting, contracting, and renewal management to support PLG and SLG growth strategies. This role influences revenue processes, product pricing, contract modifications, and monetization strategies, enabling scalability and automation in revenue operations.

Requirements

• 5-8 years of experience in a Solutions Architect, Revenue Operations, or GTM Systems role in a SaaS company
• Deep expertise in Salesforce CPQ
• Strong knowledge of ERP systems (NetSuite), Commissions system (CaptivateIQ), Marketo, Outreach, Workday and their integrations with Salesforce
• Experience supporting both PLG (self-service growth) and SLG (enterprise sales) motions
• Proficiency in API integrations, middleware tools (Workato, Mulesoft, Boomi), and automation frameworks
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to drive process optimization & automation
• Strong stakeholder management, cross-functional collaboration, influencing, and communication skills
