Responsibilities

• Manage a team of software engineers
• Foster productivity and collaboration
• Develop people through coaching and mentoring

Requirements

• 2+ years experience as an Engineering Manager leading an API or backend services team
• 5+ years of full-time software engineering experience
• Understanding of API design principles
• Experience coaching engineers
• Experience communicating updates and resolutions
