Job Description

Morgan & Morgan seeks a Personal Injury Litigation Attorney to join their expanding practice in West Palm Beach, FL, handling motor vehicle accident cases, including trial prep, depositions, settlements, and trials, with support from pre-suit attorneys, case managers, and a dedicated case staff.

Responsibilities

• Handling motor vehicle accident cases
• Drafting and filing litigation documents
• Guiding plaintiff clients through the case process
• Interacting with expert witnesses
• Attending and preparing for depositions, mediations, hearings, and court appearances

Requirements

• Law degree from an ABA accredited law school
• Active member of the Florida Bar
• 3+ years of PI litigation experience
• Ability to manage high volume cases
• Excellent client service and communication skills
• Self-starter driven by long-term career goals
• Superior writing and oral advocacy skills
